no, clubhouse is open to everyone, with hourly bookings and packages. memberships are only available to those who live or work in 10014, 10013, or 10012. proof of residency or employment required.
05what is the neighbor's pass?→
our local membership, capped at 50 members. 2 hours of off peak access per day, 3 peak hours per month, a seven day priority booking window, and a $70/hr preferred peak rate.
06do packages expire?→
no, packages don't expire and they never auto renew. your hours stay available in the app until they're used.
07what is your cancellation policy?→
cancellations made at least 12 hours ahead are eligible for a refund. within 3 hours, the booking is not refundable but credits return to your account.
08do you provide clubs or equipment?→
yes, all clubs and equipment are provided, with quality gear for every session. bring your own if that's more your style.
09is there an age requirement?→
no, there is no age requirement. all guests are welcome.
10can i bring food and/or drinks?→
yes, outside food and beverages are welcome. anything larger than the trash in your bay goes in the dumpsters outside on your way out.
